Shirin Ehyaei is the founder of S.E. Law, PC, a California business attorney with a background in high-stakes business litigation and complex contract disputes. She became a licensed attorney at the age of 24 and began her legal career practicing business litigation, where she spent several years representing high-profile clients in significant commercial and contractual matters.
During her litigation practice, Shirin worked on complex business disputes involving contracts, partnerships, and corporate relationships. This experience gave her direct exposure to how business decisions and poorly drafted agreements can escalate into costly, time-consuming litigation. As a result, she developed a practical understanding of not only how disputes arise, but how they are evaluated, litigated, and resolved.
In addition to her legal background, Shirin brings firsthand experience as an influencer and digital brand. Having personally negotiated, performed under, and lived with influencer, sponsorship, and content-based agreements, she understands the realities of these contracts beyond the legal language. This lived experience allows her to advise influencers, creators, and brands with a perspective that blends legal strategy with real-world business considerations.
